Hello and I hope you’re ready for a new Simon Says Stamp Challenge! This week is about taking inspiration from fairy tales and nursery rhymes. The design team will be showcasing Magnolia stamps. I used this lovely butterfly on my card. Here’s what I’ve created for this week:
I stamped the butterflies out with Spice Tin JBS ink then colored them in with Milled Lavender, Victorian Velvet and Seedless Preserves Distress ink. I cut them out and adhered them with cute little rhinestone flight paths. For the sentiment, I spelled it out in Smitty’s ABCs. I just love that set so much!
I hope you’ve enjoyed my “Happily Ever After” card and it helps inspire you to make your own fairytale or nursery rhyme-inspired creation. Now make sure to head over to the Simon Says Stamp Challenge blog to view the rest of the design teams’ creations and join in the challenge yourself. Just by entering, you’ll have a chance to win this fabulous prize provided to us by the lovely Heidi:
